Mila Kunis, Before and After

The beauty evolution of the 'That '70s Show' star.

Mila Kunis is one of the last people to come to mind when talking about celebrity plastic surgery. But thanks to a reader request, I did a little digging... and my findings might surprise you!

FHM recently named Mila, 30—who is best-known for her role on 'That '70s Show'—the sexiest woman alive. Upon closer inspection, she possibly had some help getting to the top of that list!

Let's investigate:

Mila in 1999

This shot was taken when Mila was only 15. Don't you love the '90s? Brown lipstick, zero blush, juvenile hair accessories and unflattering necklines. Even still, she's way more beautiful than your average teen!

Mila in 2000

Genetically. Blessed. Now, her face was fuller here, as she still had some baby fat, and her eyebrows were skinnier, as was the trend. But the areas I'm zoning in on are the hairline, nose and eyelids. Take note.

Her nose might have changed by this point, but I'm not 100 percent sure. Keep in mind that repeat rhinoplasties are pretty common. Also interesting is that she didn't always have such flawless skin. It's all part of the evolution, people...

Now Mila's skin is looking better, even though it's a bit shiny. And her hairline looks a little tidier compared to the 2000 shot—maybe the same laser procedure that I suspect Kim Kardashian had? Her nose is also more button-like and not as wide. I definitely think something surgical happened between 2007 and 2008.

Mila in 2010

Skin is looking incredible, and I feel like the refinements to her nose help to bring out her incredible eyes. That's the main reason so many celebs get rhinoplasty, by the way. Unlike the rest of us, their careers depend on expressing emotion with the eyes. So it's understandable they'd not want the distraction of non-uniform facial features, in such a competitive field. Here, she radiates star power!

Speaking of eyes, do you think Mila also had eyelid surgery? The reader who requested this Before & After suspected as much, and I'm wondering.

Mila in 2013

I will say that Mila's eyes possibly look a bit wider open than they were in the early days. Or it could be the makeup... or the flash of the camera... we'll probably never know!

Update: Mila in 2014

Mila has such amazing eyes for eye makeup! By this time, she was 31—it doesn't look like she was using injections yet.

Mila had given birth to her first child just a few months before this photo. She looks great!

These exaggerated cat eyes are quickly becoming Mila's signature makeup. Love!

According to surgeon Jennifer Walden: “After looking at many photos of Mila Kunis, I believe she’s had a conservative and elegantly done rhinoplasty that served to narrow the width of the nasal dorsum (or bridge), give it a little more dorsal height and refining the tip. This fits her beautiful face much better; it seemed broad and boxy for her petite face in older photos."

I'm putting Mila in the same category as Scarlett Johansson when it comes to her nose—the changes were so subtle and natural, it just refined her beauty instead of making her look like a brand new person. My only gripe? That she won't just own it
