This week, my two favourite looks are complete opposites. Natalia Vodianova is super-gorgeous in pearly highlighter and glossy lips, while Sienna Miller looks adorable with a more matte complexion, freckles and a soft lip stain.

Here's your latest celeb inspiration:

Natalia Vodianova

What I love: Natalia's iridescent cheek—I die! The highlighter catches the light so beautifully on her flawless (seemingly foundation-free) complexion, without any trace of glitter or shimmer. There's a similar sheen to her berry lip gloss. I love that she kept everything else low-key: no blush, natural mascara and brows, and clean, fluffy hair. What I'd change: Nothing.

Sienna Miller

What I love: Sienna's girl-next-door (faux?) freckles. With the undone side braid and a deep side part, she looks so youthful and fresh—which isn't always the case with many of her "glam" red carpet get-ups. Less makeup is more on her, so lashes and a berry lip stain are all she needs. What I'd change: Maybe just a few strokes of brow pencil to fill in her tails.

Olivia Munn

What I love: Olivia's freckles (yes, I have a thing for freckles!). Earlier this year, it looked like she'd erased them—whether that was via Proactiv pads, as she claimed, or a cosmetic procedure, who knows. But I'm happy they're back! I also like the contrast of the matte pink lips with shimmery champagne around the eyes. What I'd change: What is that random light brown on her ends? Ombré gone wrong? I don't mind the false lashes too much, but the lip liner could be more blended.

Chanel Iman

What I love: Chanel's glowing-from-within complexion. Her skin may not be perfectly smooth in places, but it doesn't matter, because she looks so naturally radiant (not obviously "strobed"). The dramatic graphic shadow in a diagonal shape is also giving me life—so glad she didn't add false lashes! What I'd change: I'd prefer more natural brows, and the blush could be more blended.

Laetitia Casta

What I love: Laetitia's makeup-free skin and unusual copper-brown eyeshadow. (At least I think her skin is makeup-free, and that's the whole point.) To me, this is a very French take on beauty—choosing just one feature to emphasize, and not trying to camouflage or enlarge/over-draw. The sculpting makes her eyes stand out, without resorting to heavy lashes or liner. It's très elegant with bare lips, a kiss of blush, and the half-up bob. What I'd change: Nothing.

Zoë Saldana

What I love: Zoë's smooth, highlighted skin—it's not shimmery or shiny, but subtly lighter in the centre. With such a great base, she can play with fun makeup, such as the purplish-blue shadow and light pink lipstick. Black waterlines and loose waves keep it from looking too sweet. What I'd change: I'd love to see her with more feathery brows. The pink and blue makeup would be more sophisticated without the false lashes (or she could choose one colour only).

Charlize Theron

What I love: Charlize's glowy skin and new bangs! LOVE this hairstyle on her—it's so youthful and kind of tones down her Ice Queen vibes. I suspect she does injections, but I think they were well executed; notice how she still has natural movement around her eyes. Although her makeup is not exciting, it always flatters her and is never overdone. What I'd change: Nothing.

Cara Delevingne

What I love: Cara's bronzed skin, glossy red lips and new shorter haircut. She looks summery and glamorous, but the makeup doesn't feel heavy. I think the radiant texture of her skin helps, along with the imperfect brows and smudgy shadow. What I'd change: Nothing.

Cara is wearing:Face mist // Serum // Moisturizer // Highlighter in Piccadilly Glow // Bronzer in Sun Light // Eyeshadow and eyeliner in Queens of a Bronzed Age // Eyeliner in Noir // Brow gel in Clear // Mascara in Black // Lipstick in In Love With a Ginger
