Scroll down to get caught up on all the hair and makeup action lately—and let me know which looks you love!
What I like: Sienna's healthy, natural-looking skin with soft lashes, a creamy coral lipstick, and a sprinkling of freckles across her nose. Her blonde hair has her signature air-dried texture, which I love. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Shailene's new choppy, short bangs and dark brunette hair. She had it blonde before—too blonde, in my opinion, so I like this better. The makeup is super-subtle, just textured brows, soft shadow and a sheer pink lipstick. What I'd change: Honestly, I miss this hair look the most!
What I like: Sofia's black lace headband, wavy blonde bob, dark brows, black cat eyes and pink lipstick. Such a cool, unique look! What I'd change: Maybe a bit less foundation... and her concealer is creasing.
What I like: Emilia's Barbie pink lipstick and matching eyeshadow with a straight, platinum bob. You wouldn't think these pinks with this bleached blonde could actually work, but it totally does! This might be my favourite look she's worn so far with this hair. What I'd change: The only thing I don't love are the lashes.
What I like: Olivia's super-loose, undone updo—perfect with the plunging velvet dress. It looks like there's a hint of matching teal to line her lids, with nude shades everywhere else. What I'd change: I'm not crazy about the lip colour.
What I like: Zendaya's full brows and warm brown smoky eyes... I can't stop staring at her eyeshadow! The wet, natural hair is also a welcome change from all the wigs. What I'd change: She doesn't need the false lashes.
What I like: Bella's shimmering grey smoky shadow, taken well above the crease and paired with a liner in the same shade. It's lovely because it's almost the same colour as her eyes. Fresh skin, pink lips and a blonde bob complete the look. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Rihanna's glam red lipstick, gold eyeshadow and tight top knot (who else could look this good in such an unforgiving hairstyle?!). What I'd change: I think it would look a bit fresher with a lighter touch on the skin and lashes.
What I like: Anne's sheer, glossy rose lipstick, tightlined eyes and natural skin finish. I like that she wore her hair down, simply tucked behind both ears. What I'd change: The blush needs a lighter hand.
What I like: Rita's flawless (and I mean FLAWLESS) skin with winged linger, peach blush and lip gloss, and the finishing touch—a spiky, colourful bun. I don't think she has ever looked this beautiful! What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Paris' new brushed-back bob, shimmery-smoky eyes and au naturel eyebrows. I love how her lipstick looks pressed-on, with no precise edges. What I'd change: It would be cooler without false lashes.
What I like: Cate's wavy lob, porcelain skin and pinky makeup. Notice how the shimmery shadow goes up to her brows, which she left alone (I think sometimes that's the right move, rather than drawing in a shape, which can look too obvious). What I'd change: Nothing.
Cate is wearing: Serum • Moisturizer • Tinted moisturizer in Nude Glow • Foundation in No. 2 • Concealer in 2 • Blush in 502 • Contour/bronzer in 7 and 9 • Powder in 1 • Eyeshadow in 12 Gold Ashes (brow bones) • Eyeshadow in 23 Camel Smoke (lids) • Mascara in Black • Lipstick in Second Skin • Lipstick in Androgino
What I like: Gillian's bright orangey-red lipstick, glowy blush, natural skin and fringe of lashes. Just slicking the roots gives her straight hair an interesting, polished look. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Adriana's winged-out shadow, black waterlines and bronzed skin. As usual, she looks like a magazine ad come to life (and this isn't even retouched!). What I'd change: Less contour... she already has insane bone structure!
What I like: Emmy's brown liner in her waterlines (it's softer than black), with shimmery brown shadow just to each crease. What I'd change: Her face needs more colour—I'd add some sheer pink blush.
What I like: Chanel's straight hair and raspberry lip stain. I always love seeing pink paired with red! (And she's pregnant, by the way, in case you thought her features looked a little plumper.) What I'd change: I don't love the pointy brow tails, and I wish the lashes weren't so stiff.
What I like: Katherine's giant chiffon bow, gorgeous skin and purple eyeshadow as liner. She's becoming really good at these experimental eye makeup looks! The feline shape is what makes this one amazing. What I'd change: Her concealer is creasing, but it's not a big deal.
What I like: Gigi's long, soft curls and amazing natural eyebrows (will you look at those fans?!). What I'd change: Something's a little "off" here. Is it the unflattering lipstick colour, the overlining... or has she injected her face?
Gigi is wearing: Primer • Concealer • Powder • Bronzer • Highlighter in Iridescent and Gold • Eyeshadow • Eyeliner in Sleek Onyx • Liquid liner in Black • Mascara in Very Black • Brow pencil in Soft Brown • Brow gel in Soft Brown • Lip liner in Totally Toffee • Lipstick in Daringly Nude • Lip gloss in Unreal
What I like: Priyanka's rich berry lipstick with a hint of iridescence, balanced by a white highlight at the inner corners of her eyes. I also like the short, chunky lashes. What I'd change: I find the updo sort of matronly.
What I like: Nina's chic, wavy lob, styled in a deep side part with a bright red lip. It's so nice to see her doing colour instead of her usual neutrals! The brows and eyes are perfectly understated. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Liu's stained deep red lips, side-parted lob and naturally gorgeous brows and skin. What I'd change: I'd just dab a little concealer under her nose to cover redness.
What I like: Krysten's big, flippy waves, flicked-up black liner and pink lipstick. I love how she defined her lower lashes to play up her big eyes. What I'd change: She doesn't need the heavy false lashes.
What I like: Phoebe's textured mid-length hair and creative swipe of burgundy shadow. The edge is super sharp, but the colour is diffused all the way along her lower lash line—with just mascara on her lashes, of course. What I'd change: Her lipstick has worn off.
What I like: Kate's tight, futuristic updo with smudgy black liner and a hit of metallic pink at her inner corners. It works because she kept her lips super-understated, and her skin and brows are natural. What I'd change: Nothing, although this hair is so tight, it looks like it's pulling her face!
What I like: Mandy's long ponytail and metallic silver shadow all the way around her eyes, to match her dress. What I'd change: It's a no for the long, spindly false lashes, as well as the unblended lip liner. I think this lighting was extra-harsh because it's accentuating her normally invisible pores!
Bryce Dallas Howard
What I like: Bryce's negative space cat eyes—a fun idea for her unusual eye shape, which has tons of space between lash line and crease. It's hard to tell here, but she also cut her hair to a collarbone length! What I'd change: I think her lashes should be defined a lot more.
