What I like: Leighton's face-brightening red lip with a velvety, blurred texture. I also love her sparkly golden-copper eyeshadow and casual ponytail. What I'd change: Nothing.

What I like: Laura's bright red lips, super-glowy skin and sleek updo. Notice the full but straight brows and clean eyes (just soft lashes). What I'd change: Her pumped-up top lip is a little distracting.

What I like: Kristen's blue-grey shadow, metallic grey liner, jet-black lashes and straight lob. This might be her best look ever! What I'd change: Nothing.

What I like: Amanda's mauve shadow, pink lipstick and side-swept waves (the latter are modern because they're not overly styled). What I'd change: I feel like her lashes need more curl.

Amanda is wearing: Balancing emulsion • Moisturizing emulsion • Eye cream • Tinted moisturizer in Light • Colour corrector in Rose • Concealer • BlushBronzerHighlighter in Pink FlashPowder • Eyeshadow • Eyeliner in Black • Mascara in Black • Brow pencil • Lip liner in Pillow Talk • Lipstick in 101 Sand

What I like: Rose's face-framing waves and highlights with burgundy liner, sparkly shadow and a rosy lip. Having the blush more warm-toned is an important detail. What I'd change: The lip liner needs a bit more blending, and I'd ditch the false lashes.

Lili Reinhart

What I like: Kate's juicy coral lip gloss, skinny teal liner and brushed-up brows. Also enjoying the dusting of champagne sparkle all over her eyes. What I'd change: Her lashes look very weighed down.

What I like: Jamie's flawless skin, well-blended blush and warm, soft brick lipstick. The placement of her blonde highlights is really clever. What I'd change: Her one brow that's filled in needs an ashier pencil and more hair-like strokes.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

What I like: Rosie's perfect skin and matching peach lipstick and eyeshadow. She often does this—mascara on her top lashes only, and a very straight brow shape. What I'd change: Nothing.

Rosie is wearing: Foundation • Eyeshadow in Cola Float (in crease) • Eyeshadow in Root Beer (along lash line)

What I like: Jennifer's soft waves, tone-on-tone highlights and simple, glowy makeup. Her eyes are subtly tightlined in brown, and the sheer pink looks amazing on her lips and cheeks. What I'd change: Nothing.

Chloë Moretz

What I like: Chloë's matte pink lips and winged-out brown eyeshadow (sans liner or big lashes). She really has the most perfect brows. What I'd change: Nothing.

What I like: Connie's gorgeous strawberry blonde and long, glamorous waves. She really has the best hair! Also love her pink lips and smudgy liner. What I'd change: Nothing.

Holland Roden

What I like: Holland's unexpected wash of pink eyeshadow with natural lashes, no liner, and a warmer pink lipstick. It's so nice to see celebs moving away from heavy eye makeup for a change! What I'd change: I'd make her brows more feathery.

Eiza González

Eiza Gonzalez, ESPY Awards, 2018

What I like: Eiza's voluminous lob, pink lips, smoky eyes and pop of gold eyeshadow. I'm glad she did natural lashes to keep it fresh. What I'd change: Maybe a little shine on her cheek... it's all quite matte.

What I like: Amber's creamy red lipstick, gelled-back ponytail and natural brows. Even if she's wearing a lot of foundation, her skin does look so luminous. What I'd change: Less skin makeup, ideally, but this may be a lighting or lack of sleep situation.

Amber is wearing: Lipstick in Ravishing Red

What I like: Emily's braided updo and what looks like foundation-free skin. I'm glad she's leaving her brows alone these days, and the lashes add definition without seeming heavy. What I'd change: She is one of the last people I'd expect to be filling her upper lip! No!

Alison Brie

What I like: Alison's smoky eyes, long lashes and textured long bob. This is the first time I've liked her hair and makeup in a while! What I'd change: Her brows are too heavy and defined. Feathery strokes are the way to go!

Alison is wearing: Foundation in PecheBlush in SparkBlush in L'Arbre Illuminé • Eyeshadow in Marie Antoinette • Eyeshadow in Candeur et Expérience • Eyeliner in Coffee • False lashes • False lashes • Lipstick in Devotion • Lipstick in Nudo
