If clean beauty is important to you, then you probably know that Credo is one of the best places to find non-toxic, sustainably-made and cruelty-free products.
Not only does the retailer vet every item to make sure it doesn't contain anything on The Dirty List, it recently introduced the Clean Standard, which goes a step further by requiring full ingredient transparency, safety testing and accountability from brands.
So when you can save 20 percent off almost everything in the store, it's a BIG deal.
That's why you don't want to miss the Credo Friends & Family Sale, which runs from October 21 to 25.

Credo Friends & Family Sale Picks
Kosas Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer
Kosas Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer is my new favourite concealer (and celeb makeup artist Katey Denno, above, feels the same way!). It gives you creamy, buildable medium coverage that is super natural-looking, long-lasting and non-creasing, even under the eyes. I wear the shade 01 and it's a perfect match.
EleVen by Venus Unrivaled Sun Serum SPF 35
EleVen by Venus Unrivaled Sun Serum SPF 35 looks and feels like you've got nothing on your skin. Except this lightweight serum is packed with the highest concentration of zinc oxide, 25 percent, to give you incredible UVA and UVB protection. Even on deep skin tones, it's completely non-whitening. The same goes for the lotion version, On-the-Defense Sunscreen SPF 30 (it just takes a bit more time to blend out). Both were on my list of the best mineral sunscreens of 2020!
Kristina Holey + Marie Veronique Soothing B3 Serum
Kristina Holey + Marie Veronique Soothing B3 Serum is a gel-like serum that I'd recommend for all skin types and skin concerns. It's loaded with 10 percent niacinamide, which is basically a wonder ingredient for redness, pigmentation, post-acne marks and so much more. It's also lightly moisturizing (so it does the same job as a hydrating serum), and is made without fragrance or essential oils.
ILIA Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40
ILIA Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40 is a multitasking skin tint, sunscreen and skin treatment in one. With 18 shades, it could replace your usual foundation while also giving you some sun protection, thanks to the 12 percent zinc oxide. It's also got six percent squalane and 0.5 percent hyaluronic acid for moisture, and two percent niacinamide for brightening. This was one of my top tinted sunscreen picks this year.
OSEA Atmosphere Protection Cream
OSEA Atmosphere Protection Cream should be on your radar if you need a new moisturizer. Somehow, it manages to be very hydrating but extremely lightweight on the skin. The blend of algae extract, coconut fatty acids, macadamia oil and shea butter gives it a lotion texture with a silky-smooth matte finish. I think it's one of the best face moisturizers for all skin types.
Olio E Osso Tinted Balm
Olio E Osso Tinted Balm has a base of shea oil, olive oil and beeswax, and comes in an array of sheer shades that you can swipe across your lips, cheeks and eyelids. It gives you the easiest, prettiest dewy glow—see my full review for all the details and swatches. (Hint: If you just get one, I suggest No. 2 French Melon!)
African Botanics Retinal Night Cream
African Botanics Retinal Night Cream is one of the few anti-aging treatments with retinaldehyde, which is 20 times more potent than retinol but less irritating. Here, it's in a lightweight cream alongside marula oil, fatty alcohol, rice protein and squalane. Although it is an investment, this is on my list of the best retinoid creams on the market.
BYBI Bakuchiol Booster
BYBI Bakuchiol Booster contains just two ingredients: olive-derived squalane oil and one percent bakuchiol, which is a plant-based alternative to retinol. You can either wear it alone or mix it with your creams and serums to boost their benefits. Bakuchiol has been found to decrease wrinkles, pigmentation and even breakouts!
Westman Atelier Vital Skin Foundation Stick
Westman Atelier Vital Skin Foundation Stick is the creation of celebrity makeup artist Gucci Westman, and it's a creamy stick foundation that comes in 18 shades. It's silicone-free and fragrance-free, and gives flexible medium-to-full coverage (so you can sheer it out or even use it like a concealer). The finish isn't dewy, nor is it matte—it's just like natural skin.
Kinship Self Reflect Probiotic Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 32
Kinship Self Reflect Probiotic Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 32 is specifically formulated for acne-prone skin, so it's not greasy like most sunscreens, and it has a subtle pinky-beige tint to help even out your skin tone. With 22.4 percent zinc oxide, it's also very protective (so no wonder it's on my list of the best mineral sunscreens).
Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser
Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser is a cleanser that I recommend time and time again. It's sulfate-free, with a gel texture, and it does a great of removing makeup and cleaning your skin, all in one step. Best of all, it's non-drying, and my skin never feels tight after using it. I reviewed everything from this brand here.
Innersense Sweet Spirit Leave In Conditioner
Innersense Sweet Spirit Leave In Conditioner is one of the few leave-in conditioners I've found that doesn't weigh down my fine, straight hair. Not only is it extremely lightweight, it's also an effective detangler, thanks to ingredients like aloe, glycerin and amino acids. The essential oil blend makes your hair smell amazing, too!
Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Serum
Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Serum contains 0.75 percent salicylic acid, and has long been one of my recommendations for a mild BHA treatment. Most acne products have a two percent concentration, which can be too drying for many people, so this is a gentler way to exfoliate, clear blocked pores, even out tone and boost brightness.
INNBeauty Project Down to Tone Life Changing Toner
INNBeauty Project Down to Tone Life Changing Toner is on my radar as a clean dupe for the cult exfoliating toner, Lotion P50. It has six acids—gluconolactone, lactic, phytic, malic, salicylic and citric—plus niacinamide, vinegar and burdock root, to name just a few ingredients. It's also fragrance-free and alcohol-free.
RMS Beauty Luminizer
RMS Beauty Luminizer needs no introduction. When it comes to highlighters, I've never found anything I like better for a natural-looking glow. I wear the original pearly shade, Living Luminizer, but there are four others to choose from, to suit every skin tone and undertone. I swear, this product tricks people into thinking that you're lit from within!
Herbivore Coconut Milk Body Polish
Herbivore Coconut Milk Body Polish is the latest scrub in this brand's line-up, and just like the others, it's made of all-natural ingredients that seem good enough to eat! This one exfoliates with sugar in a base of coconut oil, coconut milk, shea butter and squalane. It's so moisturizing, you won't need body lotion.
Abhati Suisse Kanva Body Lotion
Abhati Suisse Kanva Body Lotion is one of the cleanest body moisturizers I've found. It's a nourishing blend of coconut oil, glycerin, shea butter, fatty alcohol and moringa oil, spiked with essential oils for a subtle, fresh scent. Because it's primarily composed of stable saturated and monounsaturated oils, this will have a longer shelf life than most body lotions.
