The Kids' Choice Awards red carpet is always a fun one for seeing how young Hollywood interprets the latest beauty trends.
At this year's event, held on Saturday night in Los Angeles, it was all about ponytails, rose lipstick, black cat eyes, and of course, skin that was strobed to perfection.
Here are the looks you need to see:
Dove's skin is insanely flawless (of course!) and I love the girly ribbon adorning her hair. I also like how she is wearing the pink eyeshadow trend, with matching rosy lipstick. I just find the lashes too over-the-top (and are white waterlines making a comeback?!).
Zendaya's skin is gorgeously glowing—finally, a highlighting and contouring job I can get behind! I'm also into her half-sleek, half-voluminous ponytail; her natural lashes; and the orangey eyeshadow to match her dress. Pretty amazing how her look has evolved in the last few years!
I love Demi's coral lipstick (to match her dress), with dewy skin and freckles. I don't even mind the false lashes, but her brow-filling could be less angular.
Gwen ditched her usual red for an cool-toned pink lip gloss. She is one of the few who can pull off this hard-to-wear shade. But the spiky lashes, black cat eyes, white waterlines and drawn-on brows make this look a bit campy.
Heidi's long, silky "bronde" is total hair goals. I love how undone and simple it looks in contrast to the plunging, busy dress. Same with her makeup—it's nicely understated.
Peyton's skin looks lit-from-within, and I love her natural brows. But these new hair extensions are too piecey and curly compared to the hair at the top.
