“I just celebrated my 37th birthday and I'm happy to say that my skin has actually never looked better," says Miranda Kerr.
Not surprisingly, the supermodel and entrepreneur attributes her flawless complexion to her own skincare line, Kora Organics, as she explained in recent interviews with Harper's Bazaar and CR Fashion Book.
"With each of my pregnancies, I developed pigmentation on my forehead. [Now] it's almost to the point where I don't need to wear makeup, which is something I really enjoy, because I don't like to wear makeup unless I have to."
But topical skincare isn't the only reason she doesn't seem to have aged since her days as a Victoria's Secret Angel. What you might not know about Miranda is that she's also a certified health coach, having studied nutrition in both the US and her native Australia.
"When my skin is healthy, it's glowing, and I have a lot more confidence," she told Beauticate. "A big part of that is looking after myself in a holistic way—making sure what you're eating is really nutritious, exercising and also meditation plays a really big part in my beauty."

Miranda’s Morning Skincare Routine
Kora Organics Foaming Cleanser: "In the morning, I use the Kora Organics Foaming Cleanser—it's a soap-free cleanser that doesn't dry or strip the skin of its natural oils."
Kora Organics Turmeric Brightening & Exfoliating Mask: "I use this as an exfoliating scrub nearly every morning, and sometimes I leave it on for five minutes as a mini-mask while I turn off the shower and shave my legs or put a treatment in my hair. The peppermint aromatherapy is super invigorating and uplifting, so it's perfect in the mornings."
3. Face Mist:
Kora Organics Energising Citrus Mist: "When I get out of the shower, I use the Energizing Citrus Mist... to tone my skin."
Kora Organics Noni Bright Vitamin C Serum: "Next, I apply the Noni Bright Vitamin C Serum—I recently launched this product, and [the] results are incredible. It contains a 12 percent vitamin C super complex made with kakadu plum, acerola cherry, orange peel, lemon peel and noni extract. It's helped me so much with my pigmentation and fine lines and wrinkles."
5. Eye Oil:
Kora Organics Noni Radiant Eye Oil: "Then I apply the Noni Radiant Eye Oil. It is so quick and easy to put it on. It is not fussy, you just open it up and you just roll it on."
Kora Organics Hydrating Moisturizer: "Followed by the Hydrating Moisturizer mixed with several drops of Noni Glow Face Oil all over my face, neck and décolletage. I think a lot of people don't realize that there are a lot of creams out there that promise to give you that pore-less look, or to help with fine lines and wrinkles. And I think that people really need to read the ingredients and have a look, like, what is that filling my pores with? Is it filling my pores with silicone and going to give me that immediate gratification, but over time, [will it] actually magnify my pores and do more damage than good? Do I really want to do that for a five-minute fix? Or do I want to work from the ground up on nurturing my skin—to make it glow and shrink my pores in a natural way, as opposed to filling them with a bunch of crap?"
Kora Organics Soothing Moisturizer: "My skin is sometimes prone to sensitivity, especially when the cooler months set in or after lots of travelling, so that's when I switch out my Hydrating Moisturizer to the Soothing Moisturizer. It's my saviour to calm, soothe and hydrate without causing further irritation."
7. Face Oil:
Kora Organics Noni Glow Face Oil: "I use this morning and night religiously. It has noni extract, rose hip, pomegranate oil, sea buckhorn—it has so many antioxidants. In the morning I like to mix a few drops with my moisturizer as a hydration booster and apply to the face, neck and décolletage."
8. Gua Sha:
Kora Organics Rose Quartz Heart Facial Sculptor: "If I have time, I also like to give myself a five-minute Gua Sha facial massage with my Rose Quartz Heart Facial Sculptor and Noni Glow Face Oil. I massage my face and neck in upward strokes—it helps lift and de-puff my face."
EltaMD sunscreen: "I like to wear a wide-brimmed hat when I'm out in the sun, but my go-to sunscreen is EltaMD."
Actinica Liposomal Sunscreen SPF 50+: "We [Australians] take sun protection pretty seriously. I'm always in a big hat and cover my face as much as possible. I use Actinica, which is [SPF] 50+ and protects against UVA and UVB. It doesn't leave your skin feeling cakey."
RMS Beauty "Un" Cover-Up: "When I wear makeup, I generally like to keep it clean and simple unless it's for a special event or red carpet. My go-to natural makeup brand is RMS Beauty. It was created by a makeup artist and friend of mine. I use RMS concealer [in shade] 22, and if I have to cover my whole face I'll put in a drop of the Noni Glow Face Oil, mix it with a brush, and then put that on my face. It gives a beautiful, natural glow on your skin."
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Full Coverage Anti-Aging Waterproof Concealer: "If I need extra coverage, what I like to do is mix a little bit of this IT Concealer with this [Illuminaré] concealer I found online."
Illuminaré Concealing Mineral Foundation: "I use Fair. What I do is I mix the two together and I'll put [it] around the eyes."
RMS Beauty "Un" Cover-Up Cream Foundation: "I use this incredible 'Un' Cover-Up makeup. So you can see... it's that beautiful texture."
Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks Blush Stick: "I always love a little blush. This is the Westman Atelier and it's in Petal, and I like to put that on my cheeks. I can go a little blush-heavy, but I like that kind of blush look—it makes me feel fresh. Also when I haven't had enough sleep... it makes me feel more awake. And I put it also onto my eyelids to kind of make the eyes pop."
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder: "I like to powder down the centre and leave the outsides [of my face] more dewy. I don't ever like to powder my whole face. I love this Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Finish. I use number 2 Medium."
Kora Organics Rose Quartz Luminizer: "Then I apply my Kora Organics Rose Quartz Luminizer on the top of my brow and cheekbones—it contains finely crushed rose quartz crystal to create a beautiful highlight."
14. Lip and Cheek Tints:
Kosas Kosasport LipFuel Hyaluronic Lip Balm: "I love this little Kosasport. It's a more natural lip balm. It contains natural hyaluronic acid."
Kora Organics Noni Lip Tint: "I also apply my Noni Lip Tint on my lips, cheeks and sometimes even eyelids for a pop of colour."
RMS Beauty Lip2Cheek: "Then I finish with RMS Beauty's Lip2Cheek in Promise dabbed into cheeks and over my lips as a tint."
15. Face Mist:
Kora Organics Balancing Rose Mist: "Last but not least, when I'm done with all of that, I like to apply the Rose Mist. Throughout the whole day actually, I keep this in my handbag and I use it consistently when I feel like I need to freshen up my makeup. It's also a toner that you can use under makeup, but I like to use it over makeup to just give me that little extra glow."
Miranda’s Nighttime Skincare Routine
Kora Organics Cream Cleanser: "Pretty much as soon as I get home from work, I like to just take off my makeup and slip into a robe. We have a really great Cream Cleanser, which I love to use to remove makeup because it's really gentle. So what I do is I just put a few pumps on my hand and then I rub it into my skin."
2. Cleansing Sponges:
Face Halo Makeup Remover: "I double-cleanse, first using the Cream Cleanser from Kora, which is very gentle and soothing, then removing it with an eco-friendly Face Halo cloth."
Odacité Facial Cleansing Sponges: "Lately, I've been using these sponges because I feel like they help remove all the makeup."
3. Face Mist:
Kora Organics Calming Lavender Mist: "The next step after I cleanse with that gentle cleanser is I use Calming Lavender Mist. I spray a few spritzes and breathe in the aromatherapy of lavender. It's so relaxing. I also like to keep this by my pillow so I can spray it on my pillow before I go to bed as well. But this Lavender Mist is also a toner, so it's a mist and it tones your skin."
Kora Organics Noni Night AHA Resurfacing Serum: "I then use one of my all-time favourite products, the Noni Night Serum.... it's helped me a lot with my pigmentation. I've been using it for about eight months now and I've really noticed that my pores look smaller, my pigmentation spots are almost gone, and it feels kind of tingly when I put it on, which I really love. And don't forget to put it on your neck and your décolletage as well."
5. Face Oil:
Kora Organics Noni Glow Face Oil: "I've been using this oil for over 10 years now and it's my holy grail product. It's a nourishing treatment oil that's great for all skin types, especially if you have sensitive skin, it helps balance the pH. What I like to do is pat it into my skin. [It has] noni extract, rose hip oil, sea buckthorn and a rich source of antioxidants and essential fatty acids that really help hydrate [and] brighten your skin, [and] it helps with scarring. Even my husband uses this product. He loves it. He uses it every morning and night and it's really transformed his skin as well."
6. Gua Sha:
Kora Organics Rose Quartz Heart Facial Sculptor: "Sometimes what I like to do with this Noni Glow Face Oil is massage my face with our Gua Sha tool. I have two here right now, but most people only buy one. I have two because I love doing a double massage. It feels so good and it really helps improve circulation—as you can see, my skin's getting a little pink. It's made from rose quartz crystal, and actually all of Kora products are filtered through rose quartz to give that vibration of love. You can use these on all different pressure points."
7. Eye Oil:
Kora Organics Noni Radiant Eye Oil: "This Noni Radiant Eye Oil is an incredible product. It has a rose quartz rollerball. It has natural retinol in there from the ingredient called kahai oil. So it really helps with those fine lines and wrinkles. Sometimes I just sit there and roll it around and round and round on my eyes, and I also do it on other little fine line areas."
8. Sleeping Mask:
Kora Organics Noni Glow Sleeping Mask: "My very last step for my skincare before I go to sleep is my Noni Glow Sleeping Mask. I keep this next to my bed and I use it every single night. It's like a coconut jelly that contains natural hyaluronic acid. It dries after a few minutes, and it's very transparent, so it won't get on your pillow and you can't even tell that you have it on. In the morning, you wake up and your skin is so bouncy and dewy and glowy."
Miranda’s Skin Treatments
NuFace Trinity Facial Toning Device: "NuFace is a little lifting machine, which needs to be activated with water or gel. I love the way it feels—it's like exercise for the face."
PY Neckline Slimmer: "A very funny thing that I've recently gotten into, I have a neckline slimmer. I saw this advertised somewhere quite some time ago, and when I was going through cleaning out my closets, I saw this little guy in there and I was like, 'This is hilarious, I'm going to try it.' And so lately I have been exercising my neck. That's a fun little thing that I use."
"I can't be bothered to go and get facials. If the kids are asleep and my husband is busy at work, I like to lay down at home and have a Reiki facial; otherwise I'm not that bothered. I have this amazing woman who comes to my home. She uses a Gua Sha on your face and puts stones on your body while she does the facial, and then while the sleeping mask is on then she does Reiki. I feel like a brand new person afterwards. I used to get oxygen facials a lot. I do have an oxygen facial machine at home, but I haven't been doing it as much lately. I also have a microdermabrasion machine at home that I do on myself."
"I like to make a cold cucumber mask to use on my face. You have to make sure the cucumbers are very cold and then grate them to make the mask. I also use cold cucumbers on my eyes if I wake up and my eyes are puffy. It really works for me."
Dry Body Brushing:
Aromatherapy Associates Polishing Body Brush: "Another thing that I really love to do is body brush. So I dry body brush using upward strokes. Just go all the way up, up, up from my toes all the way up, up, up to underneath my chin. And it feels so invigorating, it boosts circulation, it helps your lymphatic system. It is something that I do every single day. I feel like emotionally and energetically it helps me re-set."
"I have a steam room; an infrared sauna, which I use at least two times a week."
"I like to rinse my body with cold water when I have a shower. I have it on really nice and warm, then you go super-cold. It feels so invigorating and is so good for your scalp and your face, it really wakes you up."
"Another thing I do is take a bath. I make it super hot and I put a pound of baking soda and a pound of sea salt and that draws [the toxins] out of your body."
Miranda’s Diet, Exercise and Lifestyle
"I start with an organic cold-pressed green juice, some fresh-cut fruit, such as papaya, watermelon and kiwi. Then it's anything from gluten-free toast with avocado and eggs to oat and banana pancakes with maple syrup for a treat. If I'm on a modelling job or working from my Kora Organics office, I pack my grilled fish or chicken and salad. Dinner can vary from organic roast chicken and vegetables to baked fish and salad or a BBQ. I have lots of healthy snacks ready, such as cut-up vegetables and homemade hummus, so I'm not tempted to snack on less healthy options. If I have dessert, it's usually homemade apple pie or cheesecake."
"I start my day with water—we have a filter here on the house—so I fill my water bottle up with about 32 ounces and then I have one lemon squeezed in there. And after I have that, I then have 32 ounces of celery juice. And celery juice has been really great for my health and for my skin. I've been doing it for about nine months and I really feel the difference. I've [also] been drinking noni juice since I was about 13. It has over 100 vitamins and minerals. It's full of antioxidants, and it really is the key to my health from the inside and outside."
Kora Organics Noni Glow Skinfood with Prebiotics Dietary Supplement Powder: "Each day I take my Noni Glow skincare supplement, a liquid B12 supplement for energy [and] a liquid zinc supplement to make sure I don't get a cold."
"I will not go a day without coconut oil. I personally take four tablespoons per day, either on my salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea."
"My normal exercise routine is Pilates three to four times a week, yoga three times a week. After I've done yoga, people are like, 'Oh, you look fresh.'"
Ballet Beautiful: "I haven't felt under pressure to get back into shape as quickly since leaving Victoria's Secret, because I don't have to be in my underwear on the runway. After having Flynn, I had to immediately get back to doing six days a week of intense workouts, but now I do lighter exercise such as Mary Helen Bowers' ballet DVDs and walking."
Theragun Prime Percussive Therapy Massager: "I actually really love this massage tool and I've been using it a lot. This was given to me as a gift by my mother for Christmas. I've been using it almost every day. So good."
"I'm a big fan of transcendental meditation and prayer. I like to do a prayer in the morning and a prayer at night. And I try and do meditation at least once a day for 20 minutes. Sometimes what I'll do, if there's a lot of things going on around me, I'll put my headphones in. I close my eyes and put focus on my mantras. With my prayers I say thank you for my health, my family and my friends, ask God to bless my day. If I'm doing a photo shoot, I'll ask to please uplift everyone involved in the shoot—the intention is to create a happy day. It's also nice to pray for anyone that's struggling or having a hard time, you can send them love."
"I like to carry a small rose quartz crystal with me in my handbag. It encourages healthy self-love, and can bestow compassion, forgiveness and acceptance. Rose quartz is also soothing, calming and reduces stress and tension."
"Sleep is so crucial for your overall wellness. I like to do a meditation, turn off the WiFi, and then mist my face and pillow with the Calming Mist as the aromatherapy is very soothing and relaxing."
